Once you have submitted this form, you have the option of securing your space with a deposit. Because of the high demand for accommodations in Cuba, your deposit is non-refundable. The only exception is if Cuba Wellness Adventures cancels the trip and in that case you will be refunded 100% of your deposit and any fees that you have paid.
